JustinWillmon Posted August 30, 2013 Report Share Posted August 30, 2013 i looke forward to seeing the new subs, but from personal experience i think Fi needs to work on their customer service. I had a problem with a sub as soon as i got it, before i even hooked it up, kept calling them for well over 6 months and never got an answer, call back, or anything. So i finally just gave up. Seems like they make good products and especially if they have Steve willing to put his name out there on their products, it has to be good. But i think they have a big problem with customer service.
