Ok guys The sdc2.5 I have now is loud but not enough. I designed a box today in sketchup that would be forward firing and sealed off with two havoc 12s on a soundqubed 2200d. Box is 6.12 Gross 5.16 Net tuned to 34.92hz with 2 6 inch aeros that are 18 inches long each. This gives me 10.95 per foot of port. WIll this work well?

Do you have 6" of space between the back wall of the box and the port opening?

Shit that is a good catch. I only hae 2 inches. I am going to have to rethink the ports now.

two 5 inch aeros at 14 inches long would put me 6 inches of the back wall and tune to 31.81hz

3 4" aeros would work if they will fit on the baffle.

Havocs don't need that much airspace on that amp, but less airspace = longer ports.

I would also make the box symmetrical (ports in the center). Seems to work better with a daily music box.

Looking at just the box stats, it is great.
