Umm, you would have to see if you can fit 6 cubes nets after displacement and port, and the sub will likely have to face up, which isn't the best config for a trunk car

Your going to have to get very creative building a box! And it will probably have to be built in place (not removable). I think it's do-able but not optimal. 2 12s in a proper box/configuration would easily out do the 18 in a compromised box.

Several systems, several vehicles. Always changing!

I had an 18" sub in the trunk. (sorta). I do not suggest it. 2 level 4 or XL 12s in a proper box will give u just as good, if not better output then 1 level 5 18 in a trunk.

My build

98 s10 2.2

3 american bass HD 15s with psi soft parts. (on there way here)

atomic at-3000.1 (soon) 146.2 outlaw @39hz., bad alt an bad batt when termed (old 2 12" build)

alpine 6.5s in doors

infinty 4x6s in dash.

clarion cz201 HU.

mechman 240a H/O alt

stuff i still need.

SHCA 2/0 wire

SHCA 1/0 to 2/0 adapters

Atomic AT-3000.1

Lots of sound deadner

new mids an highs, still debating on what to do.

A few Deka g31 batts.

i had 2 iad 12s already in the car an they sounded great but that wasnt enough i understand a 18 is what would be best or loudest but i like the idea of a 18 in a civic an its just a daily car i was just curious if anyone believed it will work my box is being built tomorrow and it will be removable at 5.45net wich is slightly undersized but cj from dc says should be fine tuned just under 34 with aeros ported into cabin here is a pic of a buddys american bass hd 18 in my trunk fits easy an removable withstill more room

i agree i can do better but this system is not at all a comp setup just want a loud daily for now an i will start a new build log soon as box is finished to show how it was done also these civics have large trunks an i paid only 200 for the lvl 5 so it was worth it i may change to 2 15s or 12s eventually but for now 1 18 it is
