littleitaly1990 Posted February 29, 2008 Report Share Posted February 29, 2008 ok guys....those of you following my build know I am only hitting 143....pitiful...Please help me figure out why! 2 18" BLs on 1400 watts each, 225 amp EA alt, all 8 gauge to the subs, 0 gauge to the amps....all wired correctly.... I know I need another battery, but I'm not getting the slightest voltage drop so I doubt that is the entire problem....so here is what I think so far.... ~The holes allowing my wires into my box have a slight gap that I will take care of later tonight. ~second battery ~distance from port to rear of vehicle is 6", not as long as port....however I can put my seats down and move the box forward and I still haven't noticed it gets any louder. ~if you guys can think of anything else please tell me because I know theses subs can hit hard as fuck if I fix the problem(s) ~thanks A vitrolic, megalomaniacal sadistic psychopath.
