David Bailey Posted September 15, 2013 Report Share Posted September 15, 2013 Ok, so the Big 3 is done. I used the kit from CE Auto, and it is an awesome kit. But my problem now is, the battery light on the dash is staying on, and my idle seems lower, like right at 5000 rpm. It is a 4cyl Camry, so it idle's low anyway, but usually at 8000 rpm's, not 5000. Is the battery light maybe just something that needs to be reset somehow? Any idea's would be appreciated. Did you get that scar tissue when you got your vagina installed? If the light stays on, that usually means i'm running on battery only, and the alt isn't charging.. grrrrrr, stupid electrical... I figure if I disconnect the alt wire, and the light goes off, that will be my problem. The stock screw for the alt wire is small, and I had to work to get it to thread. alt wire = charge lead..my bad Did you get that scar tissue when you got your vagina installed?
