Mustang06331 Posted September 19, 2013 Report Posted September 19, 2013 I have a system that consist of a t15001bdcp A t400-4 Soundstream ref 800.4 and a ref 4.760 Do you think a s series 320 amp w 2 XS D3400's will handle the load?? I ordered the elite only to find out a week later that the cases were on back order and the supplier has not even contacted mechman to give them any clue as to when they would be avail . They told me that the s series was case was also back ordered but they would have them in aprox 2 weeks. Any help or info would Be greatly appreciated . When I originally called these guys they told me with out a doubt the elite 370 was the unit I needed but are now saying we can get you a 320 in 2 weeks . Where these guys selling more then I needed or ???? On the plus the s series will save me 325 bucks but doesn't start making power till 900 RPM. Let me know what you think .

I paid $795 . Didn't tell me it was back ordered till after took money. And I only found out cause I called them back a few days later to order the batteries . I'm gonna try to hold out for the elite . Hopefully it works out . Was even willing to buy another car for install but they said alt are built to order so would not do any good . Broker has not got back to them and he is the in between for the foundry and mechman. Told me they talk to him about once a month so the outlook is pretty bleak at the moment .

TeamHT Posted September 20, 2013 Report Posted September 20, 2013 I think the T1500 is only temporary. He's stated he has about $8,000 worth of gear to go and I understood it as he will be upgrading everything but doing the electrical first. Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
