kl0wn Posted September 21, 2013 Report Posted September 21, 2013 The XS D4700 is a direct replacement. And for wiring up the amp, 4 gauge will do. Getting to the alt on these isn't hard, but it definitely isn't easy haha 06 Mini Cooper S Sundown, SoundQubed Cadence, XS Power 151s Sealed 155s Outlaw Windshield @ 37hz
dfarres Posted September 21, 2013 Author Report Posted September 21, 2013 You might be off with the q1-1200 and run at 2ohm instead of the q1-750 at 1 The extra $50 gives you room to move On that power idd something like the x10 That is a good idea. I get what you're saying... if i run one sub with a 4ohm DVC i would have enough power wired at 2ohm & later if i added another wired to 1ohm it would still be good to go. Now I just need to figure out the area after i get the car tomorrow to figure out what size and number of subs i can fit. I'm probably gonna calc for 2 subs and just buy 1 now, knowing I'll have the option to pick up a sub later if i feel the need to expand.
john253a Posted September 21, 2013 Report Posted September 21, 2013 Just do 1 good one at either 700rms or 1200 rms

dfarres Posted September 22, 2013 Author Report Posted September 22, 2013 Looks like my options are slim. Thinking two 10's. This is what i have so far... let me know if this works. Subs and port up. 32" wide, 16" high, 11.5" deep.... port is 2.5" x 10" and 24 long. If I did it right on the calc it is 1.92 ft^3 net and tuned to 34.55 Hz That's using a Q1-1200D amp and SA-10 D4 subs My space behind the seats is actually 32" wide, 13" deep at base, 11.5" deep at top with the height at 16".
