Subaru Liberty Spec.B Sedan (3.0L 6 Cylinder 180kW (241HP) Engine) 2. Volkswagon Transporter T5 (2.5L 5 Cylinder Turbo Diesel 128kW (171HP) Engine) One day I decide I have to get the van, the next I'd love the thought of having the Subaru. Both vehicles are priced about the same. The Subaru is obviously faster, but the question is, is it really necessary to have a fast car over a practical van that I wanted to do a whole build in the back with power inverters running televisions and home theater. The Subaru I can comfortably carry 5 people in which is great because I often have many people in my car, the van only has two seats in the front, and if I decided to fit more in the back they would be separated from the front since I also was planning a subwoofer wall. In the Subaru Sedan I calculated I have room to fit my two SP4 18's. I should also note I have no problem driving a van as my daily vehicle. I drive vans for work all the time so that's no issue. Keen to hear anyone's opinions on this, Thanks. I know you guys don`t really get much snow down there in Australia, since it`s an awesome car for that, but still fun to drive in any weather. Resale value is also great on these cars, as mentioned. Much better than a van!! Plus the car is quite a bit more sporty in both looks and performance, but still comfortably fits 5 people. It's really a jack of all trades. Also, are you sure it's not subaru LEGACY spec-B? at least that`s what it`s called here in North America, although they may have changed the name of the model in Australia.
