75c10chevy
Im looking for some 6x9s and 6.5s or maybe 6.75s. I would like to spend $200 or less. They would be powered by this amp. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_38338_Precision-Power-PPI-P900.4.html My car is a 98 plymouth breeze (got it cheap for mpg) Thanks for any help. Krakin
OP I would recommend to look into a pair of 6.5 components. After that start working with your price. Also I just run the front speakers in my single cab. When I run the back I seem to get "confused" with the staging of the sound. So if you save that cash for just the front and cut out the back you can get a much better set. I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . . Jessica
I would have suggested the fosgate t675-s. but i guess that is out of your price range for two sets. i'm running two sets off two 85x4 amps. They love it, get loud and sound good doing it. They won't win a SQ competition, but they have silk dome tweeters and didn't take hardly any eq'ing to get the sound i wanted from them. descent mid-bass response too. 75c10chevy
they are going to be in a plymouth breeze. there are 6.5s in the front doors only and 6x9s in the rear deck.
Krakin
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?partnumber=299-609 Going to suggest one speaker? Unless you really care what the passengers in the back hear I still suggest one pair of components. And the Rockford power series have great reviews and are in your price range, for one set of components. Krakin
If I recall correctly most 6.5 components come with a plate to go over 6x9 cut outs. Just looked at the Rockford T165's and they do come with a adapter plates.
