Then you try to have patience and wait a couple more days, but STILL.. NO PACKAGE! Then you call the postal service and they blow off your complaint by saying its not guareenteed just an estimated date and I needed to wait another week to file a complaint... (FUCK THAT!!!) And then all of a sudden, you FINALLY recieve your package only for your shit to look like this: Thats right... MY SHIT WAS STOLEN!!!! But let me tell you about this EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I email Cody (CJ18) and within minutes he responded to my PM and Email after forwarding my email to Sky High. After sending pictures to them, this is where they went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I recieved an email from Cody saying Sky High is going to reship my new pacakage today!!! That's Right... THE SAME DAY I RECIEVED THAT BULLSHIT FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE, THEY RESENT THE NEW PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY DELAY!!! Some companies usually wait until they recieve an insurance claim before reshipping out new product but this WAS NOT the case!!!! This is my first time doing business with them and this has earned my TRUST and MOST IMPORTANT, THEY HAVE GAINED A CUSTOMER THAT WILL DO MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR GREAT SERVICE, WORDS CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW HAPPY I AM WITH YOU GUY'S SERVICE!!! I cannot WAIT to recieve the product!!!
