Gatorcity
so for the last two weeks i havent had one good nights sleep at all...tonight has been the worse...fell asleep a little after 1 a.m. woke every hour...and here i sit at 5 a.m.! I even had a couple drinks and a shot before i fell asleep, thought i would sleep good...HELL NO!!! as far as i know i dont have much on my mind, im not stressed, and im not depressed...it cant be the bed, been the same bed i've slept in for the past year...anybody else have trouble sleeping? any body have any suggestions? people say sleep is over rated...i'll trade them my 4 shitty hours for a good 8-10 hours! EricR
go to the doctor and tell him you want ambien. they are a bitch at first because you feel like you have a hangover when you wake up but after a few weeks that goes away or at least it did for me. Quote i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work? BassJunkie
If you take ambien make sure to take them on an empty stomach and don't eat anything after taking them, ambien do work really well just make sure you have enough time to sleep and as soon as you're feeling tired after taking them go to bed or the "window of opportunity" will close and you will be left awake. zaxfire69
I sleep 3-4 hrs every night. Sometimes more sometimes less. Depends on how bad i want to play Call of Duty 4 online. I haven't slept for 8 hrs in yrs. Especially since we had our babies. I worry alot. I would go an see a doctor for sure. They can tell you exactly whats going on. jizzybizzy
i mean...im getting to make a pretty big change in my life...but im not worried about it or stressed about it...could that be it??? oh fosho .... if it's a significant change in your life you may not be as worried as you think you are... what i would do is just think about the change and go over some unfinished business with the change (whatever it may be, i dont want to pry) and then you might see that you can sleep. everything affects sleep.
