Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist?

I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . .

What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself

but what has drawn your attention

in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums

An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space

Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears,

thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener.

You have a lot of room back there. From the Rams I've seen.

If I remember right you have the room for two 12's ported or for one 15" ported behind your seats. (comfortably)

As for center console you might be better off with a 12".

A pretty good bit of room. But I've got my 6.5s back there right now and my Soundqubed sub in a center console box. I planned on keeping the center console style an getting fancy with it.

So a twelve if I go center console. And a 15" if I put it behind my seat? Which would move more air or flex more? Would the 15" behind the seat not be quieter due to th seat in front of it?

Just so you know you want less flex, doesn't matter if it is box or cab flex.

How much space do you have in between each seat?

I just assumed a 15" wouldn't fit comfortably there.
