LsChevy
I have a 09 Silverado and I want to go with a 2/4 drop. I priced the kit and install locally and the kit was like $900-$1000 and the install is the same ad the kit.How difficult is the kit to install? Pioneerchuck
Most 2-4 drop kits include drop shocks and coils up front and drop hangers and shackles in the rear. A good breaker bar, a floor jack, and a good socket set and it should only take you a couple hours at most to do.
jk13
Which kit exactly? Lots of kits for the NNBS Silverado are flipping the rear and using a lift shackle or just replacing the spring itself. The hangers are fully welded IIRC and not really feasible to change out for mild drops. In the front it may be spindles, springs, or complete coilovers. Price can vary quite a bit depending on which items are used and if shocks are included or not. I see you on GMFS, you should be able to search around there and find the answer you need. Static drops are my bag.
