Krakin's Gaming PC: New MSI 980 Ti

I got mine to benchmark at 1405mhz already, but couldnt keep them cool enough.

I hear those 980Tis love to OC much higher than the 780Tis like I got.

You wont regret the purchase thats for sure, you'll probably be amazed and shocked at how much better nvidia is, even without running DX12.......

I already know I'll be able to max out any game I want on my monitor and get 55-60 FPS with it.

I'm just ready to not have this reference 290 anymore. It was a great buy at $150 and has retained it's price if not worth more so not upset about getting it at all, just ready to be able to turn up every setting I can.

Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist?

I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . .

What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself

thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener.

So I got in my 980 Ti yesterday. It is one hell of a beast. I really like the Nvidia DSR feature. I'm running 2x or 4x my 3440x1440p monitor.

Project cars looks almost life like. It blows my mind.

Oh I also want a second one already as I already can't max everything out at 6880x2880p. lol

I really like the backplate on the card as it weights about 4-5 lbs. Would hate for the PCB to start to sag after a year.

Oh and yes, the card is as long as my whole forearm.
