Have you tried to take apart the headlight and cleaned the buildup? Thats what I did, along with a few other things. Ill post before/after pics if you want. I drive with my brights and they are worse than most dims. I hate how I can't see. And they have a yellow tint. There's water in there too so cleaning will only do good for so long.
