i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?

any plans to reinforce the port? looks like single layer to me, from my experience you want a low tuned enclosure to be as solid as possible. not sure if any port flex would hurt you or not, but would be easy enough to add another layer to it i would think. i cant wait to see vids of this beast!!!

Not CT subs, just running their amps. And that port was just the beginning. More pics.

That is the 29hz port. Fiberglass, dynaglass and bondo were used then sprayed with black base coat. About 3 hours start to finish.

And also im changing the name as I found out there is/was already a white nasty.

And yes I know they arent symmetrical. The e-brake on driver side gave me some trouble so had to do the driver door a little different. Also relocated the window switches a tad and glassed them in.

Digging the new/finished port! I did something similar on mine to round it over and it seemed to have helped. I'm tuned at 24 right now, debating on making a low tuned plug
