Cant wait to see vids of those up and running. Really impressed with the look and feel of these speakers! Especially for price, $115 for 4 of them shipped! Hopefully they sound as good as they look. You keep telling me to put the xxx in kicks... At first I just dismissed it.. But now you got me thinking about, and you may have a good point with that suggestion. bcbrassard Posted July 16, 2014 Report Posted July 16, 2014 I hope they work out for ya too. I know it can be a leap of faith trying different drivers out. But for the most part its in tuning and EQing. As for the kick panels, you have the fiberglass skills and if you can get them to breath properly they can add alot to the front stage. Was just playing with mine and there is a big difference between 64 hz and 100 hz for midbass drivers. Mine play that low but shit rattles to much in the door but at 80-100 its better. Makes me want to get the other speakers in to play at 64hz all the time and have good midrange in the door. Probly tear passanger panel off this weekend to mock up for fiberglassing soon. Full range of sound just in the front stage is a amazing experience! Like i said i turn subs off and still get lows that sound great but whenido it that way i miss alittle 80-100 hz SQ.
