I need some help here from the pros of people using different amps. what is a good brand of amp that can push out close to 2000 rms at 2 ohms or more? and what would I be looking at for price? It a nice paper weight. just my thought though and many others im sure. Look at DC, Crescendo, SQ or whatever they go by. Look at the sponsors on this site. Steve will not have some half of the run mill site supporting him. With brands there are a lot out there and many times it comes down to personal preference. Many are close to the same just a different name. Kind of like shoes. If you go out and get that great JL audio amp there are others that will show you a amp that puts out 3 times as much for less. Not saying JL is bad by any means. Have used many of their amps and loved them.
