I've ruled out skar 4500 because I do not have the space to fit extra batteries, so I have decided to run with two skar 1500's strapped. Doing the math at 13v I have figured I need around 385 AH to power the two skars. Is this correct? and how come batteries online that are rated at 35AH like shuriken BT-35 say they can handle 950 amps? Each amp prob pulls 170amp at full tilt at a normal load. awesome thanks ray so with my 220amp I have currently I'm looking at 300AH battery, roughly and at 170 each thats 4760 watts but taking into account the efficiency 70% thats 3332 watts at 14v, I'm assuming full tilt.
