alaskanzx5
Isn't the other issue id still such a big box back firing will block a lot of sound waves keeping them in the trunk and not the cabin. The during forward with 2 15" subs most likely won't work. The full outside diameter will be around 15.5" so he would need around 31-32" between the a wheel Wells and only has 30.7" I could be wrong (maybe with out the trim ring that come with it will fit) but I don't see firing forward as am option. 2 12 will need about 25-26" between the wheel Wells so you could have a centered up to about 4" wide. 2 12 will sound better in a proper box then 2 15 in a bad box. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz. alaskanzx5
With out the trim ring the outside Dunnett of the sub is 15.275" comes out to 30.55 Su it will fit barely with out the trim ring but will not fit with the trim ring. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz. Joe X
He's got the width no problem, it would be great to check the dummy box in and know if seats fold down or not..etc to see if the 15s have a chance to work good or not, I would do the 13.5s vs building inside for sure. FreeZzy
I do not understand everything ...that's what I understood: it's better to put 2 12" and not 2 15" because if i put 2 15" the sound may be muffled right ? "Joe X" My seats don't fold down, because they are electric So if i buy another subs, which is better? 2 RF T2D212 or 2 JL 13W7 ? (i don't know how to wiring 2 jl because it's dual 1.5ohm ) and if i buy JL that's mean i need 2 RF t1500 or 1 3K amp, the RF T2500 don't have anough power right ? Edit: Here is the final question. Buy 2 T2 12" with T2500 amp OR 1 T2 15" with T2500 at 4ohm ( 1500 rms ) which is better ?
Joe X
FreeZzy
i use this translater, but does not work very well. Which amp can run at 1.5 or 0.75 ohm ? I prefer to keep T2500 amp
Joe X
That amplifier will deliver above 2500W at 1 ohm it will probably deliver 2500W to a 1.5 ohm load, you will have to make sure it can be wired to 0.75 ohm which I think is possible but again you need to do your own research. FreeZzy
it looks complicated ..So i think the better is buy 2 RF 12" or 1 15" JL audio make 1500 rms subwoofer but they have not a amplifier with 1500 rms power don't know why
FreeZzy
Who can help me to make a box for 2 12" and 1 15" ? there will be no problem like 2 15" if i make a box only with 1 15" ? ( i try to do my best with english .. ^^ )
Joe X
You would need a single 15" that could take 3K by itself, better way is 2 T212s which together can handle your amp and have greater cone area than a single 15. Both boxes would be very easy to design since there is plenty of space available.
