Acme Tops & Tunes Posted December 13, 2013 Report Share Posted December 13, 2013 At full tilt your amp draws 100amps (per manufactures specs) so keep in mind that on top of this 100amp draw from your JL amp, your vehicle will also be pulling what it needs for your OEM electronics. I would recommend to upgrade your alternator but I'm sure the 136amp alternator will do ok on your batteries as long as you are not constantly playing your system with the vehicle off and you have a proper battery isolation setup so the 2 batteries will not be trying to charge each other/pull current from each other.
