I am wanting to build a ported/vented box for my 2 15" RE AUDIO SEX15D4's. They require a minimum of 3 cubic feet per sub. They are in my 2004 Cavalier right now. Any tips/help will be greatly appreciated. I have 39" of width between the truck hinges to work with.

Good luck. Youll have to fire up and build in the trunk.

You may want to double check your dimensions. I dont think its 39 wide once you gwt to max height. 36 is what sticks out to me

17" tall x 39" wide x 29" deep.

It can be done in 17" x 37.5" x 28" if you still have 17" at 28"D and that the 28"D is measured from the top of the backseats slant. Will need to build inside the trunk and you will need to find space for all the stuff you are placing in, amps, etc.
