SojiaRaggs9000 Posted December 27, 2013 Report Posted December 27, 2013 Well I let my girlfriend drive my whip over the holiday... She said that when she was driving the sub cut out (stopped playing). She stats all she did was turn it up.... loudly she admits. But thats kool because my HU is clean up to 80/80 anyway. Ok so what I've noticed is that the rear speakes in the deck get no signal nor does the sub amp. The only speakers that get a signal are the front door speakers. Now i havent tested if the RCA's from the fronts will work on the rears... BUT I did hook my non-fader RCAs to the rears and they made sound. omes out of the sub. AND... I did hook my RCA to AUX cord (iphone to amp inputs) no sound comes out of the sub. I also did the same thing on the rear deck speakers and they also made no sound. Im currently still at work but..... I didn't see anything burnt but what should I look for? Of course I need to check the sub and the wiring.. but what else? * Eclipse CD3200 with PAC SWI-CAN2 and SW-ECL2 Steering Wheel Controls Interface* Pioneer D-Series Mids and Highs ( Fronts: TS-D1702C; Rears; TS-D1702R and Dash; TS-D1002R )* Rockford Fosgate PBR300X4 ( Mids and Highs Amp )* DC 3.5k with Dual Inputs; Custom Plexiglass Backing ( Sub Amp )* Rockford Fosgate Balanced Line Driver * One FULLY LOADED ~ 10" DC m2 XL* Custom Built Carpeted Ported Box Tuned to 32hz. hazestorm23 Posted December 27, 2013 Report Posted December 27, 2013 Are all speakers ran by different amps? And you said you connected RCA's directly to an amp with your phone and no sound but it does turn on right? If so you should open it see if anything is burnt .

SojiaRaggs9000 Posted December 30, 2013 Author Report Posted December 30, 2013 She must have been jamming to some music that is clipped what songs was she playing Yeah more than likely. Im not sure what song it was but it was one of her burnt CD's with some mexican music on it. Im sure it was clipped to shit.... Haha thats why I only use my iPhone for music. That way I know the signal is clean because thats the only music i keep on my iphone. Granted some music will still have clipping..... you just gotta watch your system. She had the seat up so I know she couldn't hear if it was clipping. Hell I doubt she even knows what clipping sounds like. Although unloading off of the back of the seats at full tilt may have played a role in it as well. * Eclipse CD3200 with PAC SWI-CAN2 and SW-ECL2 Steering Wheel Controls Interface* Pioneer D-Series Mids and Highs ( Fronts: TS-D1702C; Rears; TS-D1702R and Dash; TS-D1002R )* Rockford Fosgate PBR300X4 ( Mids and Highs Amp )* DC 3.5k with Dual Inputs; Custom Plexiglass Backing ( Sub Amp )* Rockford Fosgate Balanced Line Driver * One FULLY LOADED ~ 10" DC m2 XL* Custom Built Carpeted Ported Box Tuned to 32hz.
