JuniorXJ
I'm just taking a wild guess but the amp should be around 1000 watts @ 2ohms 1998 Jeep Cherokee Headunit: Alpine CDE-143BTEq: NVX XEQ7Front stage: Boston Acoustic 6.5 Component setRear stage : RemovedMid/High Amp : Pioneer GM-X364 70x2 bridgedSubwoofer: Fi BL 18" Dual 2 wired @ 1ohmSub Amp: CT Sounds 1400.1d Build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/180586-juniorxjs-98-cherokee-build/
COLTON94
Ehh maybe even at 2 ohm it will make enough power to keep the sub happy. When u get a differnt sub u can wire lower and watch the smoke show
JuniorXJ
That's what I was planning. I had a kenwood 500 watt rms amp going to it and it was ok but I want more power, and with this amp I have room to grow before I'll need to upgrade 1998 Jeep Cherokee Headunit: Alpine CDE-143BTEq: NVX XEQ7Front stage: Boston Acoustic 6.5 Component setRear stage : RemovedMid/High Amp : Pioneer GM-X364 70x2 bridgedSubwoofer: Fi BL 18" Dual 2 wired @ 1ohmSub Amp: CT Sounds 1400.1d Build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/180586-juniorxjs-98-cherokee-build/

JuniorXJ
So I'm ditching the double din and going back to the single din with the eq under it. bcbrassard
Looks good, i had a Jeep w/ that body style and really liked it. Couple suggestions: your mids & highs amp is really underrated for keeping up with your sub stage. And maybe look into a HU with good built in EQing. Unless your wanting a seperate EQ for looks, Time you buy a HU & EQ you might have the same $ invested. Looks good though, tuned in for sure.
