well its 6 cuft after displacement if i use 5 4" ports @ 35 hz and 5.8 if i use 3 6" port 45 hz. i want it to be good for a daily but also want to do good numbers. you going to be at high piont on the first?

I'll be there since I live 15 minutes away. I hope Fred does a Db Drag show along with it. If not I'll still go. My car will still do numbers. The Nightshade 15's will also work well in a larger box then some are using. Jacob had a single Nightshade 15 in 3.5 cuft or so in his jeep doing a 153. His box is much smaller now, but 3.5 worked very well in his case. I'm only making the box bigger in my car so it plays lower without having to add length to the stock length aeroports. My car already does a 149.7 on the dash with 2 12's and 2 1500's, and by adding 2 15's it's exactly 1/2 as much cone area more than the 12's. I should easily pick up 1-1.5db's just by adding 15's, and then I think that I'll gain a bit more because of a new box displacing a bit more cargo area in my ZX3. I don't see why what I'm doing won't do a 151 easy. You should do what you want to cause I was just throwing out some info there for you incase you want an idea. I'm sure that you'll see my car once I get the 15's in there. I just have to get a buyer for my 12's since the one I had isn't going to get them right now. i'm looking for all the advise i can get. i'm new to these speaker so i look to the people that have more exp. with them then me. I love the idea that we will have similar setups. so i'll have someone to share ideas with. i know we will be in the same class in alot of show but that will make us try harder to get the extra DB's. wish you all the luck in 09.
