Sethorama
This has been probably covered before I can't seem to find any links. I replaced my 94r size battery's for d3400s. Truck is 13 ram 2500 diesel. My stock battery's are 105ah with 750 cca. It seem the 3400s have less ah but more cca. I still have just as much drop as I had before with the stocks with the new 3400s. Only running a bc2k @ 1 ohm. Alternator is the stock 190 amp until my singer 275 ships hopefully soon. Is my alternator can be able to fix drop or would I need to add a third battery in the back? I drop to high 12s. Idle around a 14.
Sethorama
Reason I'm asking is because I had a total of 210 ah with my stocks and now I'm down to 110 with the 3400s.

Sethorama
I haven't done the big 3 yet waiting for it to warm up to do that. All wire is AT OFC 1/0 with 2 runs.

775Tundra
3400's are 65 ah. So two would be 130 ah. Next step big 3. I installed a bc2k in a q45. With two xp950's in the back and stock under hood electrical. Full tilt only drops to 13.5 Quote 2003 Tahoe dc 7.5k dc level 5 15's (3) MMats 341's xs power batts lots of sky high cable dual alts(came off the sky-high gmc and don't know who made them) ipad in center console vu-din in center console all being ripped out and being sold
Nathan @ XSpower
High 12s is the highest you are going to see if your pull is exceeding your alternator output. Think of it this way. 12V batteries are only going to sit at 12.9V fully charged with the residual charge pulled off of them. Anything higher is alternator power.
