Decaf
i decided on getting 4" components instead of 4x6" infinity kappa plate speakers which would be the best deal and sound the best? i've heard that the fnq's are great and ive heard hex's are great... but thes a $100 difference so which is best FNQ would be eaiser to install since its 3/4" tweet and diamond is 1" and it fits better in the stock tweeter location will i need rearfill or should the 100w rms be enough? Stephen
I have the metra 6.5 adapters and speaker was hitting the panel because they are angled up. but i built my own and just recessed the speaker Quote you can cook bacon shirtless if you're not a pussy...lol not hatin, but am i wrong here it looks as if the amp is not grounded its hooked directly to the battery. it that the way it should be. Stephen
if you have decent skills you wan make your own out of mdf. the ones that i posted a link to are not like the metras where the bottom sticks out further than the top so they might work without hitting the panel. Decaf
2nd question... will i need/want rearfill if i get 100-200w rms 6.5 components ie: focal, morel, rainbow, diamond
sean 371
You wont need rear fill. And theres not really a need for it. Most tracks are only in stereo (left/right). With a 5.1 processor, you can have the surround sound, but then only some techno songs have 5 channels of sound. So as long as its loud enough, you should only need a front stage.
