Stitched Posted January 6, 2014 Author Report Posted January 6, 2014 Now i got tired of running wires through mdf just doesn't look nice at all so ordered a few terminal cups, nice and easy to put in just used 2" hole cutter in the drill and drop it in a few seconds later
Stitched Posted January 6, 2014 Author Report Posted January 6, 2014 Now onto the fun stuff, got the wire done in the box and decided to wrap it in some grey suede, looks really nice and easy to work with! Really trying to make this an overall clean look and I must say so far i'm digging it! Used some sky high 12 gauge and worked out nicely

Stitched Posted January 6, 2014 Author Report Posted January 6, 2014 Well decided to have this overnight shipped from tokyo Japan for the enclsore........ and this was the biggest pain of this entire build! pure gayness! I doubt i will ever want to do it again but the emblem on scion is chrome so i first did the lettering in like a baby blue color, then what i did was cut the tap using a razor leaving it in the letter so that i could plasti dip the rest of it, I really like the flat black on the grey and it looks really nice, one small problem i didn't consider is think i sprayed 3-4 coats and the plasti dip i had to re cut around the lettering and well this took a while using razor blade and tweezers..... not fun lol But hey it came out pretty darn nice so i'm happy
Stitched Posted January 6, 2014 Author Report Posted January 6, 2014 Now to put it on the front and see how it looks! very limited to the port also do to space i usually like to have the tunning a little higher then most but that's just for my listening style so test fitted it and made port as long as i could, woulda liked it bout another 2" but no more room, this pic just seeing the fitment so had no middle section cut yet for the aero just getting an idea of space left
