I can relate to that fella had a sa-15 on 800 watts and it was the first time i've ever had an issue with a woofer barely moving lol Now i also made the box smaller then ideal do to size limitations so that was part of the issue for sure. Something I see a lot of guys forget to think about is efficiency. I may throw more than rated power to the woofers sure but i never go to ridiculous and for that reason I've never blown a woofer stil to this day (Who wants to blow woofers they just spent hard earned money on? lol) With you having that 1200 it may actually benefit you to swap to the new E's being that it will be more efficient or the other option is swapping the 1200 out for a 1500 and putting that on your SA's. Enclosure always plays a big part in that for sure but just one of them things u got to play around with and see what makes u the most happy at the end of the day.

haha Well here is how I look at it with the E series. For the price that woofer is offered at There is nothing u can possibly complain about! lol I think u can agree that my scion gets it pretty dang good with the new v.2's

Yea that'd work very well, I ran the first ones and now i'm running the V.2s. Killer woofers for the price! I really like them

v.2 has a double stacked motor and the coil on the v.2 is almost 1/2" longer then the v.1

I think of an old saying that i stil use.... No replacement for displacement lol

Just got all 13 of mine in this week, Love these 8's! Trying to figure out how to get 6 of them in the trunk, if i can't then i'm thinking of doing 8 in a wall

Ordered 13 and only using 4 !? Da hell ! Wall that ! no no haha don't want to have 2-300 lbs slowing the stang down, and 4 is the most i can fit in my trunk, posssibly 5 but that'd require some mad skills, (forgot to mention that my wife has a scion xb with plenty of room ;-) mwhahahahahahaha
