love the dowells hot glued to the deck and the drive....Exactly what is the plan here...I dont see where your going with this yet... :-[

this might be way off but why not take that thing you got there wrapped in the trunk liner carpet.........

Take the deck/rom out first of course, leave the carpet on.  Soak the carpet in resin just like if it was fleece.  once that hardens then go with your kitty hair and rage.  Sand the shit out of it and either wrap it or shoot it the same color/texture as your dash piece and drop your stuff back in where it was.  If that makes it too bulky then you can strip the carpet off and stretch some grill cloth over it (thinner) and even make the holes where you want them after glassing it up.

BTW that isnt 2 cracks i see in your dash piece is it?

well i think one thing he actually wanted to do was to get his dvd-rom into a slot that fit it. i believe he said it wasnt deep enough and the dvds were sticking? yes, no?
