I have to push a sub to 3000wrms, double coil, which is 2ohm each. then go to 1 ohm. My choice fell on: SOUNDSTREAM TARANTULA TA1.3000D HIFONICS GLX2200.1D the price is about the same $ 300. which of the two do you recommend? What do you recommend as an alternative? thanks guys

alaskanzx5 Posted January 19, 2014 Report Posted January 19, 2014 ib4l should read the rules, there is a no vs rule fyi. ive heard good things about the soundstream amps. the hifonics from my understanding can make rated power but are known to do so frequently. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.
