Joe X Posted February 7, 2014 Report Posted February 7, 2014 Did some small changes with the extra space for a slightly increased efficiency but either spec will work: The 45s are 6 cm wide except for the ones inside the port which are 7.1 cm if the front to back pieces are done with a 45 deg slant as shown.
Don Fiesta Posted February 7, 2014 Author Report Posted February 7, 2014 i think ill go with the bigger box, the 90cm width.. bigger volume meens a little deeper bass and more efficieny right? will you make a sketchup design for me for the big box plz? grtz!

Joe X Posted February 7, 2014 Report Posted February 7, 2014 Of course you can round it off, even staying within 1 mm of error is really difficult, just do the best job you possibly can and it will be good enough. The 45s inside the port are difficult to get right take a look at how those should be done: If you can't do them right better don't do them.
Don Fiesta Posted February 7, 2014 Author Report Posted February 7, 2014 Joe X, i made the design in sketchup and placed all the measurements on it, will you please check this so i am sure that it is good? grtz!
