If you had a 90degree angle seat back and the whole seat slid forward maxed out then you would still be stock class. As long as the seat stays in and your enclosure doesn't stick out horribly. Keep in mind, all amps and stuff have to be in "stock" locations.. So I don't think you can put them anywhere except behind the seat. If it was me I'd just do a super stock build and take the back seat out, much easier to work with. My truck has a factory truck has the upgrade sound and the factory amp is under the passenger seat. So the amps and things would have to be located there? Since it does have the factory amp and was planning on keeping the factory radio i would need a processor. But if i have to have everything behind the rear seat then you are right everything would be extremely difficult to stay in a stock class.
