Driving i70westbound yesterday there was Evo that looked very similar to yours (I was in the fast lane so couldn't see details) but he was on the side with a flat under Emerson Ave. and all I know is he was white, had a pair of golf clubs pulled out of the trunk, and was changing the tire. lol.
