So if you distrust the internet, those who monitor it, and those who provide it, you will find your way to gain access to this form of internet. I would really like to be able to look into it more, but my German lacks quite a bit for me to comprehend a large portion of it and translators suck.. So I would assume pretty much anything from social networking, forums, torrents, I haven't gotten the vibe of anything along the lines of the Silk Road. Just appears to have been made in spite of mainstream networking.
