blankskater08
All depends on your available airspace. 1/4 wave works good in tight locations, decently in rooms. 1/2 wave is for larger rooms or outdoors. Full wave.. well you might as well be building snowhorns at that point. Wish I had the clarions btw What do you gain by going to a 1/2 wave? I have put that 1/4 wave in my buddies car and it slammed, but in my SUV it does not sound as good. Eddie Long
ok, starting to design a t-line for 1 18" sub. I have heard that it is better to point the sub up and the port back. Is this true for t-lines ? Anybody tried this ? Box is for a 99 Tahoe .
GoreMasterCustomAudio
so i thought id post as many pics as i have of my tlines ive built. not all the pics but just good ones this is what is in my truck now. tline for 1 12 tuned to 32hz if you want to see more pics of any of the boxes just ask im trying to keep the poo ton of pics down to the min. then the first tline i ever built, ended up doing 3 separate boxes for 1 15 each tuned to 35 or 38 hz one two three then did a tline for a single 10 tuned to 40hz and it was floor flairing. by far the best box i did for the sq and how there was like no differance in if the windows where open or closed then did one for my work for one 12 tuned to 40hz I can't stop building!!! 4 DC LeveL 4XL 18 Blow Through Re-BuildThe newest addition My '97 Ford Explorer BuildMy First Build 8 RF P1 12's My Myspace Add MeMy Facebook Add Me oh, your a hypocrite too bro.....your mom has my name on her left tit - and you still like her dont you?
