wow, does George Bush pat you the back himself? What gives this country the right to go And Just take another country , government, civil liberties, and natural resources just because American "leadership" thinks this is the way it should be... The oil that is in the middle east does not belong to us, and sure We buy it, but you and I don't buy it directly from them. We buy it from shell, Exxon, unical 76, and Colonial oil. Those are the ones who The people of this country should go to war with, they are the ones ( as mentioned already in this thread ) who have reported record profits. Exxon reported 10.4 BILLION in profits last year. The people of Iraq have been doing things their way for thousands of years, granted there have been a few very bad people come from there who have done some terrible things, and for the most part they have been dealt with, But the average man woman and child does not deserve to be shot in the street by some 18 year old G.I. because he thinks they are trying to kill him, when in fact they are trying to get to a medic center , because of some other problem. american " leadership " that exists today are after one thing - More money and More Power. He and his little gang of buddies don't give a damn about you and me, they just wanna be dictators under the facade of Democracy and world peace.

and don't get me started on military enlistment. I understand some people think it there duty to serve, and I have nothing but respect for them.. But the guys who live places that all the jobs have vanished, the high school grads with easily persuaded minds that get suckered in with a bonus payment, the people who see no other alternative to support themselves or their kids, over there dying for oil. That is so very tragic, and you don't see too many politicians kids rushing off to boot camp do you? I have nothing but love for the soldiers that make our military run, and keep this country strong and safe, but Damn, I am not gonna fight a war for george's bank account and bragging rights. If you want ot support the troops, support them by demanding that they are brought home. Support them by sending care packets, send them your old magazines, snacks, music, send them memories of home. Don't support them by tryng to make them stay there to do the wrong thing for all the wrong reasons.

you wanna Be a president, You wanna be a patriot and do something good for this country ? Start by reading the Declaration of independence, then read it again. then read the constitution . Then read it again, Then read the bill of rights. If you are born with freedom and civil rights, what makes you think that we are special and those rights don't mean shit to anyone else. Entitlement and supremacy are what makes people inferior.

When you read the declaration of independence, you will see a statement in there that says :

And as far as illegial immigrants being in this country goes... why are you so happy to let them roll in here. They are making it harder for you and me. They work for less than minimum wage, they don't pay taxes, and they send the money they make out of this country. That is not the way to maintain a stable economy. You wanna cross the border and work here? Fine do it legally. Get a visa, pay the taxes, pay into FICA, get a drivers license, and learn english. they amount of American citizens ( legally Born here ) that do construction work has decreased over 40% nation wide in the past 10 years. Yet you dont see construction costs going down when you purchase a home. I know land is at a premium, so a house can be expensive in some place no matter what. But the people building them are getting the labor cheaper, yet they don't charge the end consumer any less. How is this O.k. with you. How is it o.k. with you that thanks to NAFTA, a man that has no american drivers license, and can't speak english, can drive a fully loaded semi across our border and share the interstate with you. I know it is not as literal as that, but it is pretty damn close. How is it that immigrants can get a business loan thru the government that you and I cannot get, that will not charge them interest or require them to pay federal income taxes for the first few years after they open up shop. I would like that kind of break just once. Wouldn't you?

When is the last time you heard of a auto maker laying off people , for lack of production to justify employment. Probably not too long ago. Yet New cars come into the ports everyday, with what we typically call " domestic" manufacturers emblems on the grill and steering wheel. Those "domestic" made cars shouldn't have to arrive anywhere in the continental U.S. by boat. The trains and trucks are far more efficient. I move train loads all the time. Those cars are coming in because the auto maker laid off people in this country and built a shiny new factory somewhere else, for Drastically cheaper labor, and not having to pay medical benefits, retirement benefits, and taxes on the raw materials and labor used to build the vehicles with. Yet did you see car prices go down? Nope.

So yeah let those hard workers come across the border. When they take your job you will sing a different tune - I guarantee it.

and yea, here a white man can barely get food stamps or welfare, but most of the population who is black or latino can walk in get a month of food stamps and shit and still wear $140 jeans and $90 shirts with 22" Rims on their car, when the white man ( my dad who works his ass off everyday ) can barely afford to make the bills.
