pimpedout97x Posted March 13, 2008 Report Posted March 13, 2008 on my headliner, i have a plastic trim piece that goes around the cutout for my sunroof, to make the cutout for the sunroof have a nice edge. it just sorta pushes in and sits there, its fine now, but i have a feeling when i put my MT in, its going to fall. while i have the headliner out now, i want to glue this to the headliner and clamp it down over night. what would be the best way? meade916 Posted March 25, 2008 Report Posted March 25, 2008 3m adheasive spray for the headliner and JB weld of the trim bad advice.....NEVER use 3m spray adhesive for a headliner. It will fall down EVERY time the minute it gets warm. i wouldnt use JB weld on that trim piece either......probably want to use some sort of plastic epoxy. It is a putty that hardens and I would NOT use it!!
