If I'm looking at it right bighossf150 is right. Mounting Hole Diameter 7.25" but that just a rough estimate with out materials.

I have a '13 sierra with a forward firing 8" is how I know lol

Used to have a loud truck

2009 Corvette Z06, H/C/I, 150 shot, g force tune, 730rwhp/690rwtq

2013 F-150 limited, MPT Tune, leveled on 35"s

8"s wouldn't work since your max height is 9". Each layer of MDF is 0.75 (at least)

1.5+8=9.5

Correct me if I'm wrong

true, but the cut out dia of say a sundown 8 is 7.25 and the outside dia is 8.25.... 7.25+1.5=8.75...

I built two foward firing sa 8s in a Titian with the seat pushing down on the boxes it locks.

Did you build it or did you have it built for you? Pics?

I built it, like a said it's in a friends truck. When I see him I'll take some pics, it's two identical boxes with the bass amp on the hump. It's nothing all that special, but it slams.

Any suggestion on mids? There are a lot of them that have close to the same specs. At this point there are becoming a headache.

How much do you wanna spend on them and what do you want out of them?

Price doesn't matter as much as sound and quality.

Can you run a three way set up or do you want 2 way? http://www.woofersetc.com/p-11726-hsk-1654-hertz-65-250w-peak-2-way-component-speaker-system.aspx

My first guess would be 2 way. Will have to read up on it more but never thought about it. It's been awhile since I have messed with car audio and when I did it was all about the sub and very little about mids and highs.
