Do a port firing to one side? That would work just fine. You'd have to figure out which way you'd want to fire it.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

Oh and also if i had the port and suub on opposites sides would the change the sound. Or how about more port length inside the cbox like a maze. Just asking

No, it wouldn't change the sound. The only way you're going to affect sound is if you fire the sub INTO the port. This can cause the sub to unload and not sound right.

I hate boxes like that, too much wave manipulation and I don't think they are very efficient. And a bandpass is not well suited for that woofer. At least not a 4th order bandpass. A 6th order, yes. I will NOT be designing you a 6th order though :(

Around 6 cubes^^^ Tuned at 34-35. Pretty and sub up, if we are talking about extended cab truck. Tons of port. Let me know if this is something you'd want specifics on

I would go with this, no reason to complicate. A few dowels for bracing and a double baffle and it will be solid.

Here's something if you are looking to fire both sub and port back, amp subsonic filter to 28 Hz, port needs 5 1/2" of free airspace in front of it, figure is only an assembly guide:
