no bracing at all??? I'm sure you are going to need some pretty good bracing or that whole wall is going to flex like crazy

I have started with some 2x4's and another layer of resin. i have added some 2x2's by the port walls also.

Should be reallly loud, what are you going to power them with?

You do know that there is no structural strength in resin alone. Only when its used with a fiberglass mat, cloth, or other fiberglass product.
