How do you brace the wall to keep it from flying if you wreck? 3.) Do you run the wires under the car when walling? 4.) What's the best way to seal off a wall? I have a 2 door coupe and have my rear batts behind my front seats and my amps under the front seats so my wiring runs out the side and to the amp under the seat. You can seal it off and still have wiring running through it. You would make false floor with wood as well. Do a search. Floor i used 2 old seat threads. Then tied in 3/4" birch into that. It aint going now where tied into the top and bottom, and, in some guys instance, the sides even 3.) Do you run the wires under the car when walling? I ran 6 pair'd lines before doing it..... just for turn ons, meters, switched ons and such 4.) What's the best way to seal off a wall? I did fleece and glassed then mud. RMac18 Posted April 1, 2014 Report Share Posted April 1, 2014 I don't mean any of the following sarcastically or to be taken personally, but if you don't understand the basic's your not ready to build a wall.Now if your thinking about learning and then doing an upgrade in the future, you best bet is to read as much info as you can. Go through build logs on here that contain walls and look at how each is built. As stated every wall and build in general will be different. Everyone has a certain way to do things and some things will work differently depending on the vehicle or gear placement, ect.Read as many as you can to get some idea's and then start planning how you want things placed and what tricks you think will work best for you, and then get to work.
