My Fiance and I, after searching for months and losing a couple of bidding wars, finally landed a house. We are really excited. Everything worked out, the first couple of offers we made were on houses that we did like a lot but after months of following the market we figured we would have to sacrifice something on our wishlist based on what had been available in our price range. So we were outbid on a couple of houses that were just about perfect and that was a bummer until our dream starter home hit the market. Luckily we were able to jump right on it the day it hit the market and had a showing two days later. This house has everything we wanted and more. We put in an offer right after the showing and it was accepted! I didn't want to get too excited until we had all of our inspections yesterday. After the inspection went very well its basically all systems go now. I will get some pictures when we move in at the end of June but the house is just over 2,000 sq feet, open concept, 2 car garage, master suite with walk in closets and master bath, brand new kitchen, all on a nice private 1.25 acre lot of land. Jared420 Posted April 2, 2014 Author Report Posted April 2, 2014 Its a nice balance of living on a quiet road no through traffic quiet area but 5 minutes down the road theres access to a major highway and the center of nashua NH which has everything. shopping mall, tons of stores, restaurants and basically everything you could need. The big thing is that its closer to work for both me and my fiance.
