Evan - Havoc Audio Posted March 17, 2008 Report Share Posted March 17, 2008 Well derrick, since ur not me I guess u dont know what was going on in my truck, one of the drivers was failing, due to a seperation at the neck joint. My subwoofer level was set to -6, didnt realize it till the second time i went to burp, and I didnt care so I ran a country music song, and did a 149.4. The truck had bass raced a 149.9 the previous week on I feel like dying, and burped a 150.6 @ 49hz, 145.3 @ 38hz. You need to sit in the truck the next time ur at a show, because it doesnt sound like a 149 or 150. It was never designed to meter high, I would have done the port in a different location for sure, and the walls really close to the A pillar. I made it for a daily driver, I didnt want the port blowing into my ear. IF its a question of design skills, our street B car (thats one battery, car off)(acura integra) , did a 153 last year with a single 15 inch RD heavyweight. We will do the deathmatch next time derrick if u want, its not a problem,you never come up to me and open ur mouth so how was I supposed to know you wanted too. I guess I need to redo the wall as well. Btw, I have a pair of merlin MD-2D's. Whenever I get some time I guess ill redo the wall to meter closer to peoples expectations, though, I didnt think people expected a ton out of entry level subs. I only call it like I see it with facts and the fact is you only burped a 149.7 yet expected to Bass Race in the 149.9 class. Well thats just silly (IMO of course). Its also a fact that you lost to Gary in the first round. Isn't that the car that got disqualified last year for cheating? How much power do you have to that sub? Shadow told me it was 20kwatts. Do you recall asking me to deathmatch at a show last year? A show that I wasn't even competing in because I didn't have anything in my truck at the time. Maybe you don't because you didn't ask me. You had someone else do it. The same as you had someone else (Bigg Boy) ask me to come over to your HAvoc Audio forum to "talk". I was but for some reason its not activating my account. I'm not interested anyways after reading all your lies and trash over there about how you "drowned out" Troy (tejcurrent). I have no desire to mess with you in any way. That deathmatch comment I made to Dustin was a joking stab. I thought I had made that obvious so don't go getting butt hurt over it. You made it obvious you're just going to throw some stuff in there anyways. Sounds like stacking the deck to me. You want to compete with me then bring it into the Bass Race lanes where we can keep it nice and fair. No lies and no cheating. Do you really feel you have to come here to prove yourself just because I posted a vid of you losing a Bass Race run? Thats just competition man. You win some you lose some. Gary beat me in the last round and I couldn't be more proud than to lose to my own team mate. I'm certainly not afraid to show the vid of his gloating to everyone. I didnt enter 130-139.9, no one else entered the 140, 149.9 class. I didnt wait till derrick didnt have a system to ask for the deathmatch, i asked everytime, except this last time cuz i didnt figure anyone wanted too. There isn't any "shit talking" going on here behind your back so there isn't anything to say to your face. Everything is right here in this thread for everyone to see. The only thing I did was post vids of our runs. I guess for some reason you feel the need to defend your loss. Also the only time you've ever mentioned anything about deathmatch to me was when dude with the Focus (sorry I can't remember his name) told me you wanted to deathmatch. That also just happened to be the one time that I wasn't competing. You haven't asked me everytime. You've never personally asked me at all.
