Alright here is the rest of the pictures, there isn't a whole lot of the ending stages because we were trying to get the box done in time so we didn't take many pictures.

Got one trim panel wrapped.

Got the LED's and Plexiglass in the trim panel. We had some problems with the LED's because we mistakenly ordered the water proof ones which had a large coating over them which made it hard to get to the solder contacts, and the contacts were pretty crappy and got pulled off by any slight pull on the wires after they were soldered on. Luckily we had some none waterproof ones left over from a different project so we used those and didn't have a single problem.

Well this is the point where there is a bit of a gap in the pictures but here's the final product.

That terminal cup was annoying though because it was advertised as being good for 8 AWG but the SHCA 8 AWG speaker wire we were using was too big :( probably a combo between SHCA being bigger, and the holes not quite being the full 8 gauge.

Here's a few of it in the car and lit up.

Next time.

Ditch the 45s

tune a bit higher if you listen tk anything other than bass altered music

tongue and groove your baffles

and single chamber.

Box looks good but those are some things that will help your output and make a stronger box.

THERE IS NO BUILD LOG!

Thanks for the advice!

I am quite surpirsed by you saying ditch the 45s I've never heard that advice before, though we definitely will try that, and we weren't looking for high output on this box we were looking for quality, and to get that out of these specific subs we feel this was the proper tuning (though in hindsight we, for sure, could have gone higher).

Thanks again, the input is very appreciated!

The 45s are an internet fad by people who never build. Trust me all they are doing is adding length to your build time

First of all, nice build. Good, quality time went into it and the end product looks great.

Did I see that you tuned at 24 Hz? With the vehicle cabin gain, it's likely lower than that. Have you played music through it yet? I'm curious where the rolloff occurs. Unless you have a wicked strong mid stage, you may have a dead spot where the mids can't pick up and the subs can't put out. I hope that's not the case at all. Everything else looks great, good work.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
