Why not just get the 3500.1 if you can afford it? The 2200 is only going to tickle those HDC3's. AQ/SQ amps are most def stable @ .5 and lower, assuming you have the power to back it up.... Warranty is only honored if 1 ohm and 15 volt is only applied, meaning if you wire below 1 ohm, or operate at voltages above 15 volts, warranty is void.
