philrab
It'd help to know more about your setup. Speakers connected directly to HU, or amplified? What equipment? Details on said equipment so we don't have to Google every part number for info. Ect. Probably also a good time to ask your level of experience, do you have a DMM, ect. so we know what options we have available to help you troubleshoot. Without the right tools and knowledge to use them, it doesn't matter what advice you get if you don't know how to act on it. 2015 Toyota Tacoma Build Thread 2007 Mazda 3; 5000K HID's, Kenwood Excelon KDC-X997, Infinity Reference 6.5 comps in front and coaxials in the rear doors, JL 320.4 four channel, Rab Designs built ported enclosure with an SA12, Kenwood monoblock, Redline Leater shift boot/e-brake boot/center console cover, JBR short shifter/shifter bushings/rear motor mount. Skullz
Try pounding on your amp with your hand to see if you can get it to cause the problem, if it does then you have an internal amp issue in need of repair, if not then check all your wiring to make sure nothing is possibly loose causing it to short out on the body some place, that includes everything from your speakers to the amps to the H/U, make sure nothing is loose if you tug on it. Another thing to look into is the wiring itself and make sure it has not been cut or pinched causing it to short out on the body. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
