I suspended him for 3 days for posting a video on the site advertising so he can get sales. He was warned before. Any site with sponsors that pay for their advertising will be handled the same way. There is no logical reason for him to come here and think he is deemed free advertisement, and they could have even been XS Power batteries for that matter, it be no different. He is not a vendor or a member seller. CJ 18 and Jeff have to pay a service fee to sell their items here (even tho they are dealers for DC, SMD, and XS Power products) they still have to pay to advertise here.. Its as simple as that. The battery brand name has no relevance what so ever! Once Steve caught word he was gone for good. So if you want to say anyone is gay for him being banned, then you might as well say Steve is, he has the final say and actions. It is his site. If you want to continue to think its because "Northstar are better than XS Power" or its because "Northstar is not a vendor" then your so stupid. Then you might as well be banned for using DD and putting pictures of DD in your avatar, because DD is not a vendor here using your "logic". Odd look at all these Reikken batteries in this users thread.. Funny they dont say XS Power, and he is not banned.. It has to do with what is outlined above. I dont run any gear from vendors here and im a mod even. There sre rules for the site and for advertising that have been in place for quite some time. Those rules need to be followed. If you guys love Northstar thats great too. We for SURE will get rid of it and then politely ask not to do that again. If you decide to do it again, you will be banned. If you get an attitude and talk some shit about myself or this site or any of my mods, you will more then likely be perma banned. If you go on Facebook and stir up a bunch of shit about me or this site and urge people to come here and start shit, you will for sure be banned and never EVER come back. Any website worth a damn will be the exact same way. I can't even post my video's on the Lexus forums because my watermark and "stevemeadedesigns.com" stamp at the end. It's just the way it is. Talk about a fucking stab in the back. I put some of you in the spotlight of your life, show the world your project where nobody except a few people would see it normally and basically put you on a pedestal...only to get this treatment in return. You CANNOT advertise here for free, not even in a sneaky youtube video. Sure you can try and you might slip one past, but if you get caught, just deal with it and don't be a dick. Just stop and go about your business. If you want mad internet exposure, build you a name, build you a website and gain some E-fame.
