Everyones body is different. for example, I was right around 200 lbs. a couple years ago when I first got into college. 2 months later I was down to 175 just cuz I didnt have time to eat haha...not the best way, but it worked. Most importantly, you should go to the gym on a regular basis to keep your body healthy. I go every other day (my workout is a little intense- 1.5- 2 hours long) And now Im anywhere from 181-185 (depending on how much is water weight). I do take Whey Protein and CGT-10 (Creatine Glutamine Taurine). But like I said before man keep at it!
