I'm not looking for massive SQ, just something with decent clarity that I can actually enjoy listening to. I've been using PA gear for the past year and I'm tired of it. - Budget is 120 for the pair (negotiable by 10-20 bucks depending on the set) - will be run passive off front two channels of CT 125.4 - set will be run in the doors Keep the brand bashing shit out of here. philrab Posted April 27, 2014 Report Posted April 27, 2014 Though a lot of people crap on them for their tweeters being very bright (borderline too bright) Somic Electronix is selling Infinity Reference 6030CS right now for $110 a set right now. These are the outgoing model, being replaced by the Reference X speakers. youngbass98 Posted April 27, 2014 Report Posted April 27, 2014 My buddy has crescendo cz 6.5s on a ct 125.4 they are super clear, but you have to turn the gain down a hair dont want to overpowering them to much 06 monte carlo 2 12 rockford p3s soundstream rubicon 2500 crescendo audio mezzo 6.5 ct sounds 125.4 execution audio and shca wiring 2 xs d3400 on stock alt

I'm also looking into the HAT Mirus series coaxial set since there's a local dealer near me, depending on the price point and if I like how they sound. It all depends.
